“I had called on Sunday the 2nd to do a reservation and was told by the person who answered the call she will call me back I am still waiting for that call. I spoke to the lady when i checked in on Wed 5th about it but still no one made contact with me. Very disappointed 😞 ”

“In November 2023 I booked a single night for two people here for 25 June 2024 on Expedia. I received an email from Expedia saying “Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm” and payment was taken from my credit card. This was part of a three-week tour from Cape Town to Durban. On 13 June 2024 I received a message from the accommodation, via Expedia, saying “Kindly note that we have no availability for the date originally booked” and that they had outsourced accommodation....

“No response. Not possible to cancel. Fraud.”
